Mercenary Contracts

These are the contracts that are currently available for mercenaries to take. If more than one player wants the same contract, they may bid a certain amount of Warchest Points (WP) for it. The winner is the player that bids the most, and that is the discount they are willing to give to the client for the contract. Each player in a game should pick one contract during the Contract Phase. They cannot pick another contract until the previous is completed.
