The Capellan Confederation is bolstering their forces on our border. We cannot afford to have them strike while we are engaged against House Steiner. Execute a false flag operation on the Capellan world of Gan Singh IV to sow a little chaos and prevent them from organizing again the Federated Suns. We smuggled in the bomb already, all you have to do is plant it without getting caught.
A Contractor Unit may load the Bomb objective as external cargo by spending a Combat Action adjacent to it. It is Sz 1 and has 2 Structure. The OpFor units may not load the Bomb as cargo or damage it until it has been Revealed. To Reveal the Bomb, three Combat Actions must be spent by unit(s) within 6in of the Bomb. This may be done by the same unit or different units, and need not be done in the same or consecutive turns. The Bomb is also revealed when it is loaded by the Contractor. The Bomb may not be targeted when it is being carried. A unit carrying the Bomb may place it at the Target Builind by using a Combat Action while they are adjacent to the Target Building. A unit carrying the Bomb may diffuse the Bomb by using a Combat Action.
Transport the Bomb Objective to the Target Building before it is defused.

Seize the Moment II: Complete the primary objective in 5 turns: 100 WP

Restrictions: Landmines may not be used. Battlefield Support Assets may not target units within 8in of the Target Building. Battlefield Support Assets may not target the Bomb until it is Revealed.

Darkness: This planet has a full Day/Night cycle, so the contracting player may decide to attack at night if they wish (see rules on PDF page 62).

Gravity: The gravity is close enough to 1.0 g that there is no noticeable difference.
Temperature: The temperature does not reach into extreme ranges.
Wind: No adverse weather expected.
Structural Survey: There are 2 clusters of buildings in the cneter of diagonally opposite quadrants of the map. These have 1 central building and 4-6 smaller buildings around them. The central building is medium with 8 CP, and the others are medium with 5 CP. The smaller buildings are more than 2in and less than 6in from their center building.
The Contractor picks 1 of the two center buildings to be the target. The OpFor places the Bomb objective in the center of one of the two quadrants without buildings. The Contractor then picks which long edge they wish to walk in on. The OpFor walks in on the opposite edge.
