Class(es): Cleric 1, Wizard 1
Archetypes: Knowledge
Dominic Senica was born in Peisha, the middle of three children. His mother taught him to read and write at the age of 3, and his father insisted that his formal education start immediately. Dominic was educated at the school run by The Cathedral of St. Ysabella and demonstrated a great proficiency for language. He got a job working as a scribe for the House Afonsine. It was during that work that he met and married his wife Catherine. When the King of Peisha was assassinated, Dominic moved to work for House Navarr and was ordained as a cleric. Dominic and Catherine remained happily together until her death. He is the proud father to 3 children and grandfather to 10 grandchildren.
After the news of the recovery of the Ancestral Pickaxe, Dominic became entralled with the west and the legacy of the Dwarven Sea. Whereas all of his academic career had previously been spent copying knowledge that already existed and distributing it throughout the land, making it available to different peoples, he decided to set down his quill and pick up a traveler's ink pen; he would discover something new and bring it to the academic world. He transferred most of his property to his children, boarded a ship, and left Peisha bound for Two Swords in the Dwarven Sea. Here he would write the last chapter of his life as that of an adventurer.
He participated in the Expedition from Two Swords on the 153rd day of the 67th year.
Dominic has studied 8 different languages. He is natively fluent in the Common tongue. He holds fluent
proficiency in Gnomish (including both the Rock and Tinker dialects), Elvish (including both the High and
Wood dialects), Dwarvish (including both the Azer and Mountain dialects), and Undercommon. He holds academic
proficiency in Draconic, Celestial, Infernal, and Primordial, and has excellent auditory comprehension in
those as well, though his pronounciation is limited by his physiology. He speaks Excelsorian natively, and
has tried (and failed) 3 different times over the course of 3 different decased to codify it such that it
might be taught to a student of another alignment.
Dominic is an ordained cleric of Sif Muna the Loreminder.
